I remember the first time I saw Sir Max, that was years ago, it was raining and he's driving a motorcycle from Fairview. We met at Quezon City, he smiled at me, reach my hand and say, "Hello Sir, ako po si Max" right there I felt the excitement of a man who truly wants to change his life.

We talked that night and truly I am inspired by his story, and every day I see him work until now, the fire keeps burning in me. If this man wants to change his life, how can I say no in helping him.

He started working 27 years ago, and until now he still works 6 days a week. His family speaks as his inspiration everyday. Siya yung tatay na uunahin ang anak at asawa kesa sa sarili. Every time we talked about his past, he keeps on saying, "Malapit na sir, ramdam ko na", we do NWorld together, he's loyal in his daytime job and do our business after work hours, today as his team grows he remain silent and humble as if everyday is his first day.

I thank him for all the excitement and motivations, I can truly say this Man uplifts our moral and honor, when everything goes down, you will hear him say, "Pagsubok lang yan, bukas bagong pagasa na ulit".
