Hokkien mee (Seafood Noodles) - Singapore

We've been in and out of Singapore for the past 6 years and this is one of many reasons why we go back. This amazing noodle blows my mind when I saw it the first time at Vivo City Singapore. Huge noodles, on top of a brown container (that I think adds a natural taste) with prawns and calamari. The prawn stock is very rich that you can taste it on your first huge bite. The thickness of it's sauce makes it literally perfect, and ohh! don't forget the spicy sauce that adds a little kick to your meal.
This noodle comes in very handy with 3 sizes, small, medium and large. Some like it fried. Starts at 8SGD per plate.
Off course, i ordered the medium size :)
You can see different Hokkien Mee store around, some of the best store are located in different Hawkers around Singapore. I had that noodle at Food Republic, Wisma Atria Orchard Road.
