Corcolon (Lomi Batangas)

I started to love Lomi ng batangas when it's still 15php per bowl, I'm excited every morning to smell the scent of it's stock and the chance to mix calamansi, sili and soy sauce.

I grew up in Manila, but yearly I got the chance to go back anytime I want to batangas. So when I saw this store near our place, I definitely grab some time to visit it.

When we got there, it is very disappointing to wait for almost 20mins for it to be served. We place our order around 2pm, and customer are not that huge enough. But still I'm excited to try this so I let it passed, inside this wonderful bowl is a mixture of a normal Lomi that I grew with, it is just here, there are a lot of toppings available. We have pork, a lot of chicharon, pork liver, and a pork sausage i think. On your first spoon, you will taste a strong different texture of meat that definitely go along with the lomi itself, and you can't just stop eating it. For a value of around 80php up, I think they deliver a right justice to all Batanguenos who loved Lomi.
